1. Is Ecopack a moving company?
No, moving is up to you.
 
2. Does Ecopack do commercial business moves and special projects?
a. Absolutely! All you need to do is contact us through the website or give us a call and one of our ecoagents will get in touch with you to iron out the details.
 
3. How long in advance should I place my order to reserve my moving supplies?
We prefer to have our reservations two weeks in advance, although we will make every effort to honor any request as long as products are available.
 
4. How do I pay?
We accept Debit, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and cash. You will be contacted by an Ecopack representative two days prior to delivery to obtain payment information.
 
5. Will I receive a phone call from Ecopack prior to my scheduled delivery and pick up?
Yes. You will first receive a confirmation email when you submit your order. In addition, we will give you a call to confirm delivery details two days prior to your scheduled delivery and pick up. Please call us if you have any questions or need to change your order.
 
6. Can I use this service if I am moving outside of the Central Ohio region?
No, Ecopack does not service outside the Central Ohio region at this time.
 
7. Does Ecopack charge a delivery or pick up fee?
Delivery and pick up are FREE for all orders greater than $75.00. Orders less than $75.00 will incur a $10.00 fee. We do not allow for pick up orders.
 
8. Do I need to be present for delivery and pick up?
a. Yes. Upon delivery, we will need you to sign the rental agreement and confirm delivery. You also need to be present during pick up while we count and inspect the moving equipment.
 
9. What is the rental term?
Ecopack has a minimum 1-week rental term.
 
10. Do you clean the moving equipment before renting them out again?
Absolutely! All of our totes and moving supplies are sanitized prior to being delivered. We believe-cootie free is the way to be.
 
11. We have a delay in our moving schedule. What should we do?
Please contact us as soon as you are aware of a change in your moving schedule, and will try our best to honor your request for a new delivery date.
 
12. Can I keep my moving supplies longer if I need too?
Yes, call us as soon as you are aware that you need the supplies longer than you initial rental period. Standard daily equivalent rental rates apply.
 
13. What happens if I need more ecopacks after you deliver my initial order?
If you need addition supplies, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. There may be a delivery fee if your order does not meet our delivery minimum of $75.00.
 
14. Can I return my rental early?
Yes. However, as pick up dates are pre-scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Call or email us to schedule an early pick up for your rental equipment.
 
15. Can I get a credit if I return my rental early or if I ordered too many supplies?
Unfortunately, no. We do not provide a credit for the early return of equipment or for excess rentals.
